Gripped

The Journey To The Right Title

When I first began writing this memoir, I explored several working titles—Decide To Matter, Navigating Towards Your Darkness, and If The Eyes Could Speak, Would You Listen. Later, I felt Second-Guessing captured my journey of overcoming self-doubt. But as I refined my story, I realized there was something deeper I needed to express.

That’s when I found Gripped: Releasing Fear to Find My Voice. This title reflects the heart of my memoir—facing and releasing the fears that held me back, letting my voice, once tucked away, finally come through. I’m excited to share this story with you.

Thank You For Helping Me Choose The Cover

Here is the final cover for Gripped: Releasing Fear to Find My Voice. Your encouragement helped guide me in making this decision, and I’m thrilled with how the cover captures the spirit of my story.

The open cage, bird’s shadow, and glowing butterfly reflect themes of release, freedom, and transformation. The cage represents the fears I’ve let go, while the bird’s shadow reminds me of the strength and potential I discovered along the way. The butterfly, with its trail of light, embodies a hopeful journey forward—a reminder that freedom from fear is not only possible but beautiful.

Thank you for being part of this journey. I can’t wait for you to experience the full story when Gripped is released on April 4, 2025. Stay tuned for more updates.
